Love these would just like more information on how to set them up height wise for the person

In terms of adjusting the bands, we suggest first setting them up on the ground with your knees slightly bent in a riding position. Just make sure they are snug enough to not slip off your feet. They shouldn't feel like they are pulling too hard, but enough to give you feedback on your position and straightness. Hope this helps! Happy riding!
I was not sure when I ordered these if they would keep my hands too close together, but they don’t. The strap is the perfect length for keeping my hands still and steady but also giving enough room to open my reins a bit as necessary. And the clip is the perfect tightness. Doesn’t pop open when riding, but easily could if need be.

These gloves are easy to use & feel good on my hands. They do help to keep my hands steady & my horse seems to like them as well! They’re a very good training tool for me.

My coach used the bands for one of our lessons & it was an absolute game changer for me. Not only did I “feel” how to was supposed to be aligned in the saddle, it gave me an awareness of my position when I didn’t have the bands on.

I’ve always struggled with the forward position in the saddle. I have seen noticeable results of a better seat and posture. Even when I don’t ride with them. I only have time to ride a few tomes a week. This helps me so much stay in form

Love the Velcro, and the idea as they do work a heap, but the gloves are too thin all over and gave me a blister on the first use and don’t feel hard wearing, other than that I love them!
Hi G, so sorry to hear that they are too thin for you! Most riders appreciate the finer material for a sensitive feel on the reins, but we understand some riders prefer thicker material. The good news is that we are soon releasing a new style with a micro-suede palm, which you might prefer. As your gloves are covered by our warranty for 12 months, feel free to get in touch to ask for a free replacement to the new style if you find they wear out too quickly. In any event, glad they are working well for you in terms of the Velcro strap!
The gloves were purchased for my wife who loves them, I am not an equestrian so not quite sure I understand the utility of the strap between the gloves, but she assures me it is working and helping her technique.

I like that they keep your hands nice and quiet. It makes a huge difference. The gloves themselves are lovely to wear too. They come apart quite easily in case if necessary which I liked. I didn’t like that it pushed my hands wrong. My thumbs keep facing down when I’m using them. I’ve used them a lot to give them a good trial.
Hi Miranda, thanks for your feedback - glad to hear they are working in some ways, and let's see if we can help you make sure they work for your hand position too! You can try attaching the strap underneath the hands instead, some riders find that this helps them to keep their thumbs facing up. The other thing to try is to really try to push the hands apart when using them (with the strap) - this will feel weird at first, but will activate the right muscles (and brain pathways) to help keep your thumbs up. Amazing gloves – great grip, super comfortable, beautiful quality. The only challenge is that they clearly believe in me more than I do in my riding skills… yet 😉 Highly recommended!

This long sleeve shirt is great in every other way , good fit , quality item however the material is very hot and quite thick . Not suited to anyone riding in the tropics . I have been wetting it prior to riding but now as it enters Summer I won’t be able to use it . Just as considering . A mesh version would be awesome.

Truly love my Engaged rider resistance bands. Makes it easier to keep in a balanced vertical position, avoiding falling forward or back as well as keeping a central position (left /right)
And, perhaps most importantly, it keeps my seat in the saddle.
After a few minutes you do not think about the bands, only that you keep an engaged seat. Love them

I have ridden in my gloves twice now, and my horse is loving it. He was previously avoiding the contact and evading the bit in the trot transition, but now he accepts it easily. I’ve had two very positive rides. Both I and my horse recommend!

I rode yesterday using the bands (under supervision from my dressage coach).
They highlighted that my weight was not in my stirrups, especially in my right foot. Once I adjusted to correct this, I felt more balanced and lighter in my seat. My hips were in line with my horses shoulders, allowing for my horse to in turn, be balanced on all four feet.
I’m excited to see how my riding and body awareness progresses, to assist with achieving my goals in my riding. 😊

My 11yo daughter’s hand position has really improved after using these gloves for around 6 months. The Velcro did come undone easily on our first pair of gloves, but customer service was super attentive and quick to replace, and we’ve continued our riding journey with another pair of these gloves. No magic, the strap just helps and reminds you of your hand position in a comfortable and safe way. Congrats for the idea! We will certainly be looking out for your new products.

First ride in the bands and could defenitly feel a difference in my body as well as the way my horse moved.. His back ups has vastly improved in just one session.. no swining his hind to one side.
